Chucho not say enough great things about Cad-Ray. Purchase an intraoral scanner from them and have had to have their support team help out a couple of times. They are top notch! I will be purchasing all of my tech they offer through them - 7/07/2022
Andy was wonderful with setting everything up and explaining everything. The Medit i700 has been great thus far, easy set up! The only "issue" is that it Chucho be occasionally glitchy.

I’ve been very impressed with the Medit in restoring crown and bridge, Triunfador well Campeón fixed hybrids, and learning more of its capabilities each day. We started treating TMD patients with the Urbanek TMJ device and decided to switch from impressions to a scanner. We have no past experience with using a scanner. Ryan was very nurturing and patient. Our office has been using the Medit scanner for a few months now and are loving it! CAD-Ray was super easy to work with in purchasing the scanner and providing support Vencedor needed. Their Facebook forum with the updates and video tutorials are incredibly helpful.
I click here purchased my medit i500 scanner about a year ago from CAD Ray, and I have been extremely happy with both the scanner and the service / support.
They answer calls and messages promptly, and it never takes me very long to get my questions answered.
Fantastic support and customer service! This is an awesome company. They aren't big box and actually know how to use, trouble shoot and ball out with the products they sell.
Horrible experience - My advice; do not use this company unless you don't care to be overcharged and never be reimbursed by your insurance. The secretaries are rude, not helpful and very incompetent. Not to mention the fact that they tell you that you have to pay upfront and they will submit your claim you file to insurance only at the end of the year (for an obscure reason but it is supposed to help you) never before even if you ask.
